Balham Day Group Meeting

Tuesday 3rd May, 10-11:30am, followed by a drop-in service until 1pm

In May’s Balham meeting we will be talking about one of the most common symptoms following a brain injury: fatigue. Come along and find out what the causes are, as well as what strategies or techniques can be used to help manage or reduce fatigue. Share what works for you!

Wimbledon Group Meeting

Following our informative talk last month on ‘Emotional changes following brain injury’, we are going to have a practical mindfulness based activity session on 10th May. A time to relax our minds whilst doing some simple art work. We hope to see you there!

Croydon Group Meeting

Grow Your Own!
During this month’s group you can sow flower, herb and vegetable seeds either to take home with you or to be given to the Headway allotment. Compost, seeds and pots provided.

Members of Richmond group wish to talk books, TV shows and films that have helped them understand more about their brain injury. Come along to the group and share the resource that has help you with your brain injury journey.

Ed Mills has offered to start the session with his research on Post Traumatic Growth and positive change after trauma. This is following his reading “Upside” by Jim Rendon.
