At HSWL, we produce a monthly newsletter, send out reminders the day before each group meeting/event, and email with any important notifications about upcoming events. We also provide a text message service from 2019 that will send reminders before each group meeting/event. Please see below if you would like to sign up to any of these two free services.
If you previously signed up to one or both of these services and no longer wish to continue then please email us, or to be removed from the mailing list only, click on the link at the bottom of any HSWL email.
