For the first carers’ group this year we will be starting off with some yoga.

When and Where?
Wednesday 3rd February 13:30-14:30
Yoga, Wimbledon Village Club, Lingfield Road, Wimbledon Village, SW19 4QD

Cost?
All costs will be covered by Headway South West London

Please note this group is specifically for carers of a person with a brain injury only, rather than those with a brain injury.
