Second Carers Group 2018
Justine Speigelberg will be returning to faciliate the second meeting of our new 2018 carers group on Tuesday 24th April 10:30-12:00. The group will provide the great opportunity to meet with other carers as well as introducing new discussion topics.
Venue: The Plough Bar and Kitchen, 89 St John’s Hill, London SW11 1SY (just a few minutes walk from Clapham Junction station).

December Carers’ Lunch

Costs will be covered by Headway South West London
Just a quick reminder that this month’s meeting, a family and friends lunch with the opportunity to meet others in similar situations whilst enjoying a meal together. It should be a nice opportunity to catch up with everyone before Christmas. The lunch is open to any carer, relative or friend of a person affected by a brain injury. Please note that this group is specifically for carers only.
The Old Frizzle is situated close to Wimbledon station – directions.
We have an area booked near to the front of the pub so you will be able to find us easily. If you would like to attend please do let us know so we know how many to book for, though we are aware that things may crop up on the day meaning that you are no longer able to attend. Additionally, if you decide to attend on the day you are more than welcome to come along on the day too.

Carers’ Group
November Yoga

November’s meeting will be a yoga session, run by Alex especially for our carers group, suitable for all abilities and with plenty of relaxation. It will be a great opportunity to try some yoga in a supportive environment so please do come along whatever your experience. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing, mats are provided. The session is open to any carer, relative or friend of a person affected by a brain injury. Please note this group is specifically for carers only.
There will be the opportunity to get a coffee together afterwards for those who are able to stay. If you hope to attend please rsvp to carers@headwayswlondon.org, or you are welcome to just come along on the day.
