Wimbledon Group Meeting

Tuesday 14th April, 7:30-9pm

This month we have the pleasure of welcoming back Karen Dempster, a longstanding Headway member who has recently had art work displayed in St Paul’s! She will be facilitating a practical art group session along with her Art Therapist from QEF, Banstead.

No need to have any art experience, just come along for a fun, practical session and a chat! Hopefully see you there.

Croydon Group Meeting

Wednesday 22nd April, 7:30-9pm

This month we will discuss healthy eating. We will explore food myths, look at the NHS recommendations and share tips with each other to help us eat healthily.

RICHMOND GROUP MEETING

Thursday 30th April, 7:30-9pm
The Choir Vestry, All Hallows Church, Chertsey Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 1EW

This is the first meeting of the Richmond/Twickenham group and will be a general ‘get to know you’. Please come along and support our new group!
