For the first carers’ group this year we will be starting off with some yoga.

Please note this group is specifically for carers of a person with a brain injury only, rather than those with a brain injury.

2016 Group Meeting Dates
Due to venue restrictions, our Wimbledon group will be meeting on the first Tuesday of Jan, Feb, Mar and Dec.
All other months will be the second Tuesday as normal.

December Group Meetings
Wimbledon Group Meeting
Tuesday 8th December, 7:30-9pm

This month at Wimbledon we will be getting into the Christmas spirit and making some Christmas cards and decorations. We have Sophie back this year who is an Art teacher with lots of creative ideas! We will provide all the art resources and mince pies so it would be great to see you all for the last meeting of 2015.
Croydon Group Meeting
Wednesday 16th December, 7:30-9pm
Harris Academy Purley, Kendra Hall Road, South Croydon CR2 6DT
With Christmas and the end of 2015 approaching we will review the past year. Come along and share memorable events from 2015 and resolutions for 2016.
Richmond Group Meeting
There will be no Richmond group meeting in December, as it would fall too close to Christmas – see you in January!
