The February meeting will have a focus of “Relaxation”. What is Relaxation? Why is it important and how can you do it?
Stress is part of everyday life and a natural reaction to change and adjustment to many life changes. After a brain injury there are many factors which can add to this burden of stress.
We will talk about different ways to manage stress with a focus on relaxation techniques. Hope to see you all there!

“Grow your own” Come along and sow a variety of herbs, peppers, chilis and tomatoes. You will be given tips to look after your seeds at home.
