December Family & Friends Lunch
December’s meeting will be a family and friends lunch with the opportunity to meet others in similar situations whilst enjoying a meal together. It should be a nice opportunity to catch up with everyone before the end of the year. The lunch is open to any carer, relative or friend of a person affected by a brain injury.

Cost? Costs will be covered by Headway Southwest London

November Group Meetings
Wimbledon Group Meeting
Tuesday 10th November, 7:30-9pm

A representative from the Citizen’s Advice Bureau will be speaking at our November Wimbledon meeting, giving an overview of the types of services offered by the CAB, with a particular emphasis on the topics most relevant to our members, eg benefits, housing etc.
Croydon Group Meeting
Wednesday 18th November, 7:30-9pm
Harris Academy Purley, Kendra Hall Road, South Croydon CR2 6DT
As the group has lots of new members, we will look at brain anatomy and how the brain functions in our November meeting. Share your knowledge with the group and learn from each other.
Richmond Group Meeting
Thursday 26th November, 7:30-9pm

Following the well attended talk given at our Wimbledon Headway Group in October, the Mindfulness speaker will be presenting again at the Richmond group on 19th November. Learn more about this style of therapeutic intervention and have the opportunity to participate in some practical exercises.
