Brain injuries impact on everyone, not just the person who has one. Headway South West London recognises the pivotal role families, friends and carers play in the journey after a brain injury.
This morning is about YOU! It includes various speakers and information to help you understand the path forward, tools you’ll need and what it is really like for others too.
The talks are followed by a relaxed lunch and opportunity to speak to others who are experiencing similar things.

Social Group outing – 24 September to Brighton
Harris Cartier Social Group
We’re Taking Brighton By storm, so book your place on the mini-bus. There’ll be fish &chips, a stroll on the pier, as well as some time to explore some of the shops in the North Lanes. And of course, there’ll be the obligatory afternoon tea and cake.
When? Saturday 24 September 2011
Where To meet? The mini-bus will be waiting at Sutton Station Car park. Please Meet there by 10am. We’ll Get back by 5pm-ish, Depending on traffic.
How much? The amazing, recession busting price of £5! This will cover your transport, lunch and afternoon tea. Please Pay on the day.

Review of July Social Group outing
On 23 July an intrepid group set out to conquer the Hampton Court Maze… and returned quite unscathed and in record time. Trying not to be too proud of this achievement, we then set out exploring the rest of Hampton Court Palace and gardens, getting lost only a few times. A Wonderful day was had by all who came. Certainly helped by the appearance of some summer sun, and we ensured there was a healthy balance of history, chatting and refreshments! Thanks To Harris Cartier for funding the outing.

Social Group outing – 23 July 2011
Join us for our next social outing – this time it’s a Saturday day trip.
We’ll be going back in time to the Tudor world of Hampton Court Palace. There’s plenty to do – roam around the Great Hall, get lost in the famous maze, have a gander at Henry VIII’s apartments, enjoy the magnificent riverside gardens and a devour a traditional English afternoon tea.
The £5 fee includes entrance fee, picnic lunch and afternoon tea. Further details are on our Social Group page.
